Raised in Connecticut, Kristen Glasheen moved west with a brief stop in San Diego, settling in Montana in 2001. She graduated as valedictorian from Montana Tech University in 2019 at 37 years old, proving it’s never too late to rewrite your story. Her school years were marked by purpose, leadership, and resilience. Long before entering the workforce, Kristen was already living with intention—committed to growth, connection, and making a lasting impact.

BIO ~ Paul Glasheen
Director of Operations, Glasheen Real Estate
I was born in Boston and spent my childhood in Needham, MA.
I studied at Vassar College in NY and The Evergreen State College in WA. I moved to Bozeman MT in 1993 to take a year off after college before a master’s degree and never left.
Kristen and I met in Big Sky, MT where we lived at the time. Recently I left a position at Garmin Int., got licensed and began working with Kristen which has been exciting and rewarding. I’m an avid cyclist and runner. As soon as my parents would let me, I started making money for myself mowing lawns, shoveling snow and delivering newspapers. Since college I’ve worked in restaurants cooking and serving, residential and commercial construction through my 20’s, managing a large estate through my 30’s for a private owner in Big Sky, owned a CrossFit gym and managed a boutique liquor store in my forties.
Since arriving in Tucson, I worked driving an Amazon van for a short time, which helped me learn the area and then worked for Garmin for almost 5 years mainly working with their fitness product line.
Kristen started Glasheen Real Estate as a solo agent. She’s been incredibly successful and had reached the point of growth where she needed to hire help. In the same time period, I had decided to leave my job at Garmin, so we figured who better to take on the task of helping Glasheen Real Estate grow and thrive than a Glasheen.
I have been drinking from the Real Estate firehose since then, getting my license and building out my wheelhouse of responsibilities. Going from a corporate job as one of 15K employees to a two-person company is perfect for me at this stage of my life and it’s allowing me to be creative and reap the benefits of working closely with my partner, which have been amazing.

About the Host ~ Ian Brannon
Senior Vice President / Loan Officer
After graduation from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo with a degree in Systems Management and a minor in Wine and Viticulture in 2002, I started as an Operations Manager for Cotton Canyon Winery.
In the fall of 2003, I switched gears and started as a Loan Officer Assistant at Wells Fargo Home Mortgage. In 2004 I was quickly promoted to Loan Officer upon which I continued my career with Wells Fargo until February 2009 when I joined the Volpe Team at Nova Home Loans as a Loan Officer Assistant.
Upon completion of my 5-year commitment to the team, I quickly grew my own team, The Brannon Group, where I soon opened up a Nova Branch in the Catalina Foothills district. In 2021 I was asked by the Executive Team to join them as Regional Manager of Southern Arizona, Southern California and Colorado.
In 2023 I stepped down from my position to continue my passion of serving clients and Realtors as a Senior Vice President and Loan Officer of Nova Home Loans.
