To take point, walk point, be on point, or be a point man is to assume the first and most exposed position in a combat military formation, that is, the leading soldier or unit advancing through hostile or unsecured territory.

Today’s successful veterans have all learned how to “take point” in the respective industries. They are willing to pave the way for others to follow. They are willing to assume the risk, be first to take on the fire, and navigate the hostile and unsecured territory…called entrepreneurship.

Taking Point Media’s mission is to reach out and communicate with these veteran leaders to learn, experience the lows and highs along their journey, and to influence and motivate others who want and need to create their own path as they establish their new way of life.
