BIO ~ Chef Sarah Lamberth
With 23 years of experience in kitchens and the hospitality industry, Chef Sarah Lamberth is a seasoned culinary professional known for her passion, creativity, and dedication to exceptional food.
Inspired by her mother’s home-cooked meals, she developed a love for cooking early on, leading to a lifelong career in the culinary world. Sarah has spent the last two years with Aramark Salute Hospitality as Executive Chef at Davis-Monthan Air Force Base in Tucson, gaining valuable expertise in large-scale food service and high-quality meal production.
A firm believer in the power of great ingredients, Sarah gravitates toward heritage foods, including the chiltepin, a tiny chili that brings bold flavor and cultural significance to her dishes. With a love for grilling and smoking, she enjoys coaxing deep, rich flavors from her ingredients.
In the kitchen, she relies on a good sharp knife, the essential tool for perfect execution. While she embraces culinary exploration, mushrooms are not an ingredient she loves, though there is a time and place for everything.
Beyond the kitchen, Sarah serves on the board for the Gastronomic Union of Tucson and is a Tucson City of Gastronomy Ambassador, advocating for the region’s rich culinary heritage and local food traditions.
Sarah continues to honor her mother’s influence in every dish, blending tradition with innovation to deliver unforgettable dining experiences while championing the unique flavors of Tucson.
