Dr. Steele has an impressive background in education and as a corporate speaker and consultant at Fortune 500 and INC 500 Companies. He is a professor in the College of Business at Saginaw Valley State University where he teaches Family Business and Leadership Development to senior level students. Don founded Performance Learning, Inc., his own coaching and consulting business in 1987.
