Alyssa is the dedicated founder of Astrum Consulting, an executive coaching and management consulting firm focused on helping executives and business owners achieve their best performance. With a diverse professional background, Alyssa brings a wealth of experience to her coaching approach. From door-to-door sales to founding a travel concierge service, teaching English to children in China, and serving as the Director of Operations for a construction company, she has always embraced new challenges and opportunities.
Her path took a significant turn when she completed her master’s degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology at Harvard University. Inspired by the intellectual environment, she decided to start her own business in executive coaching and management consulting. Her solid foundation in psychology, coupled with her passion for continuous learning, sets her apart in the field. Currently, Alyssa intends to pursue a PhD in Organizational Behavior starting August 2025.
