BIO ~ Angela Skurtu
I was raised in St. Louis, MO.
I got my Bachelor’s at the University of Hawaii and my Masters at University of Oregon. I have successfully run a 6 figure business for 13 years.
It is a private practice as a couples and sex therapist. It has been my job to ‘tow the line’ between talking very candidly about a taboo topic- sexual health and keep things professional. I love my work and I love educating and empowering people about sex and relationship health.
I have written 2 books, “Helping Couples Overcome Infidelity” and “Premarital Counseling.” I am writing a third book on Sex currently. I have a team of people who help with various tasks but I’m mostly a solopreneur. I speak at conferences, run a YouTube channel, and have previously run a podcast. On any given day, I am seeing clients, getting interviewed for podcasts and articles, writing my book, speaking a local or national business or conference. It depends on the day.
Then I’m still a mom, a wife, and a friend. I truly love what I do. The business stays full with clients who want help with desire discrepancy, infidelity, coparenting issues, finance issues, wanting to have better sex, wanting to try kinky sex, etc.
If a couple fights about it, I help them with it. I even help business owners and high levels executives find their work/life balance. My ideal client is the best friend couple who needs a little push in the bedroom.
