She’s interviewed an impressive roster of A-List celebrities. At the Tony Awards upon her first day’s reporting for Us Weekly, she was the only print journalist to interview Oprah on the red carpet as the award show doors were closing.
Valerie is committed to inspiring and connecting people and uplifting their confidence. She has a book on the subject matter available for pre-order in early 2025. Valerie hosts and produces live events such as the iconic Bryant Park Hotel’s intimate tastemakers Oscar viewing party in New York City garnering press coverage in Page Six. She’s co-hosted The Ace Gal at The St. Regis in support of Empowering The Unhoused and served as the spokesperson for the NATURAL DIAMOND COUNCIL.
She’s known as the go-to girl who is able to link complete strangers and help them cultivate relationships both personally and professionally and for giving consumers access to the latest product releases. She’s partnered with J.C. Penney and the YMCA to take over Joe Jonas’ Facebook live and go shopping with underserved youth to brighten their holidays.
Valerie appeared on CBS’ Inside Edition for 4 years as ‘Morning save’s On-Air Lifestyle Expert’ and can currently be seen as a Lifestyle Expert on Extra! and The Steve Wilkos Show. She is also a Guest Correspondent for E! News. Additional appearances include Good Morning America, The Wendy Williams Show, The Nick Cannon Show, Page Six TV, Pix 11 News, Good Night New York on Fox 5, Good Day DC, and RTL, Germany’s largest television network.
She recently was cast in “The Equalizer,” starring Queen Latifah on CBS in the News Anchor role and will appear in the mid-season finale. Her first book will be available for pre-order in February on the topic of building genuine connections and achieving confidence.
