A proud Tucson native, Jennifer Skaggs has been a dedicated member of the NOVA Home Loans team since 2016.
In her role as Director of Recruiting and Corporate Engagement, Jennifer wears many hats—but her true passion lies in taking care of her teammates and ensuring NOVA is the best place to work.
She oversees the Business Development department with a focus on building impactful business-to-business partnerships, and she leads NOVA’s employee engagement program alongside a dynamic team of Ambassadors. Jennifer also manages the company’s onboarding process, creating a “red carpet” experience for every new team member.
In addition to guiding corporate culture, Jennifer plans and executes all corporate events, manages sponsorships, and leads NOVA’s charitable giving campaigns, ensuring the company’s community impact is both meaningful and far-reaching.
Outside of work, Jennifer is married to a Tucson Firefighter and is the proud mother of two amazing sons.

Zach is currently a VP – Sr. Loan Officer with Nova Home Loans.
He is authorized to do business in the states of Arizona, New Mexico, Colorado, California, Idaho, Montana, Oregon, Washington, Texas and Florida.
He has been in the mortgage and banking industry since 2006 and is skilled at structuring all types of loans including conventional, investment, FHA, VA and USDA.
Zach is passionate about hand holding first time home buyers throughout the home buying and financing process. He leaves a lasting mark in their life by being an honest consultant.
His dedication to his clients makes him a tremendous asset to have while navigating the financing world of today.
In his personal life he is a devoted husband and dedicated father. He is also an avid basketball player with a philanthropic heart for mentoring youth and coaching youth sports.
