BIO ~ Hubert Johnson
Managing Attorney
Has served 3 years in the US Navy, 2 years in Peru as a missionary for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints and graduated from McGeorge Law School in 2007.
He is married with 5 kids (3 adults). Coached soccer and baseball for 15 years and referees’ soccer with 2 kids right now. He enjoys history, teaching and traveling. Currently he volunteers with his wife as the ‘party planners’ for his church and volunteers with Junior Achievement of Southern AZ.
Hubert Johnson has over 15 years’ experience as a Tax Attorney, taught Tax Law to graduate students at Baruch College in NYC, has lectured at seminars and trainings for tax professionals, co-wrote a book and training manual on tax law. He has volunteered at a local tax clinic and has over 170 videos through his website on a host of tax topics designed to help taxpayers.
Guardian Tax Law was founded in 2018 and focuses on helping individuals and businesses resolve tax issues with the IRS and States. Our tax attorneys work directly with people to help resolve taxes and we strive to educate people on how to avoid tax issues moving forward.
We also help business owners with SBA loan defaults to wrap up closed businesses or save struggling businesses. We try to inform, educate and help taxpayers never have to need us again. We like to say that if we do our job right – we don’t get repeat business!
