After earning an economics degree from the University of Texas, he built and operated a Texas service business with 14 locations and 90+ employees, exiting in 2023 after 14 years. Today, he helps investors access passive real estate opportunities, including mobile home parks and private lending funds.
Runsteady Investments is a boutique private equity firm that builds additional income streams for entrepreneurs through low-risk passive real estate investments. We specialize in mobile home parks and private lending and help people get involved in passive ownership.
While running the company, Ian steadily invested in real estate on the side, acquiring both residential and commercial properties in Texas and Colorado. Through that experience, he developed a deep appreciation for assets that generate consistent cash flow without requiring day-to-day involvement.
Today, Ian focuses full time on helping others invest passively through opportunities such as mobile home parks and private lending funds. In addition to operating Runsteady, he also invests his own capital as a limited partner in syndications across self-storage, manufactured housing, and debt strategies, keeping his interests aligned with the investors he serves.
