Jessica Korff is a visibility strategist, the owner of Fleur de Lea Photography, and the CEO of REfashiond Magazine. She works with women business owners who want to stand out, get seen by their perfect clients, and have a collaborative, supportive, & growth-minded tribe to be part of along the way.
On the personal side, she is the mom to 4 beautiful and strong-minded girls ranging from 5 to 16 years old, fur mom to 2 mostly well-behaved dogs, and a guinea pig. She has been with her husband for 10 years and dubs him as possibly the most patient and supportive man in the world, she may have had to go through a rough first marriage to find him… but he was worth the road traveled.
Jessica believes in the marriage of femininity and power, and that women can in fact have and be both. She also believes whole-heartedly in women rising together, and that when they do, the world will change. We are all world-changers in the making, you just have to decide what your change will be.

In the prior 17 years, I was a Realtor, an Associate Broker, Branch Manager, and Designated Broker. My beloved husband Scott and I have been married for over 37 years, we have an awesome daughter Allison who is engaged to her Gonzaga University sweetheart, Enrique. I love to read, travel, hike, golf, camp, entrepreneurial ideas, inventions, animals, and children. My key to success is to focus on excellence, not perfection, and being growth-minded.
