I am a Texas raised girl who fell in love with the desert oasis that is Tucson, AZ.
After getting very sick and healing my body with holistic wellness, I embarked on a journey to love myself and heal my body. I am a very “woo woo” a Sound Healing Practitioner and if you don’t know what that is, please let me share with you.
From playing sound baths in clinics, beautiful outdoor spaces like gardens, ranches and lavender farms. Also in my studio, I provide sound healing, meditation, breathwork and events that focus on healing from a metaphysical way.
When I became a certified Sound Healing Practitioner, I knew I wanted to share this mode of healing with the Tucson community. I am now in a collaborative space with a power house of women business owners called The Moxie.
