BIO ~ Cindy O’Connell
I was born in Holyoke MA and at the age of 37 I moved to Florida. Oldest of 11 I matured quicker than most, which made me who I am today. I have two children 51 and 48 along with three grandchildren 27, 24, 14.
When I was 5 yrs. old I had a Barbie doll that I loved to play with all the time. From that point forward I loved the beauty industry. I graduated from High school and became a sponge for all information pertaining to beauty.
My first job was at 12 yrs. old. I’ve been working ever since. Each job I took was better than the last. I strived always to move forward. Even though beauty was my passion, I did have a career in the hotel industry. I was a Director of Sales for several Holiday Inn’s in different states. My side hustles were always beauty-related. First, it was Mary Kay, then Beauty Control. Once I moved to Tucson I sold for a beauty supply distributor. I had 100’s of salons I sold 1,000’s of products. Instead of selling products I didn’t like representing I decided to create my own.
I started my own business when I realized how much I couldn’t stand by the products I was selling for someone else. After lots of research, I decided to create my own portfolio of beauty products and that’s where Bella Beauty Solutions started. It’s an umbrella of beauty solutions that include BBS Skincare and mineral makeup, Nu Skin products, and a very innovative shapewear line. I help women look 10 lbs. thinner and 10 years younger in 10 minutes.
